Self-Care Cheat Sheet - In the world we live in today, we all need a little self-care now and then. So why not right now?
Putting yourself first, taking great care of yourself, is healthy and required to live a healthy life. So here is my self-care cheat sheet–
1. Get Some Rest – naps work too - alone or with ?
2. Fuel Your Body – and don’t forget WATER
3. Move - Yoga anyone?
4. Be Still – take 10 minutes every day and just breathe
5. Speak Up – declare what you need, stand up for yourself when necessary, be the friend you deserve
6. Enjoy Yourself – Have fun ! Don’t know how? Learn. Laugh. Smile.
